Hoops By The River INC is 501 (c) (3) Nonprofit organization. Founded in 2009 by Father & Son, Will Kelly SR. (R.I.P) & Will Kelly JR. Hoops By The River been a staple in East Harlem NYC, providing a better future for our youth.
MISSION
Our Mission is to provide a platform for our youth & young teens through Sports, Education & Mentorship to help promote character development and pursue academic opportunities.
COMMUNITY
We pride ourselves on making our community a better place for the Kids and Family's of East Harlem NYC through Community Events, Stop The Violence Day, Movie Nights and much more events which brings the people of our community together.
